Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in a warehouse setting
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks and shipping containers with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shifts
- Preferred experience with pallet jacks and order-picking systems
