Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in climate-controlled facility
- Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Train on new equipment/processes quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Stable overnight availability (11 PM - 7 AM shift)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Milwaukee residency preferred for local support
