Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading dock workflows
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging products for distribution
- Support cross-functional projects as assigned by warehouse management
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse/distribution settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
