Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory with precision, using scanning systems for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse organization and maintaining clean, hazard-free workspaces
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
