Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inspect machinery daily to identify potential safety hazards or mechanical issues before operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and pallets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and sorting.
Qualifications
- Current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
