Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Support loading/unloading operations with dock equipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends (rotating shifts)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification (paid training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
