Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in inventory management and accurate documentation of material movements
- Support warehouse operations during peak periods to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
