Your Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring products are moved efficiently and safely. If you are looking for stability, growth, and a team that values your time, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues before operation and perform routine maintenance.
- Organize and stack inventory on pallets or shelves according to established safety and organization standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and document stock movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
