Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with speed and accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping according to carrier guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Handle heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
