Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and organize materials
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace
- Manage inventory with precision and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet daily targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
