Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory shelves according to digital pick lists.
- Pack items securely into boxes, cartons, or pallets for shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify orders.
- Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for outbound delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high productivity and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and following instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
