Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to established safety and efficiency standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and palletizing of orders for shipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
