Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect forklift equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
