Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and complies with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures for all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
