Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 250,000 sq ft warehouse
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanning technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Operate powered pallet jacks and reach trucks in high-density storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 2+ years recent experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- RF scanner proficiency and inventory management software knowledge
- Strong safety record with zero incident history preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
