Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist with cross-training in other warehouse functions
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
