Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
