Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
