Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload shipments and verify product specifications
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized warehouse space
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
