Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and document movements in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations without exception
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support team goals
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
