Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/untract trailers and manage inventory with RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (shift-based)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
