Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against picking lists and maintaining digital logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
