Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to safety protocols and inventory schedules.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or valid operator's license required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
