Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and reading labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
