Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with inventory control teams.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Stack and organize cargo to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
