Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging inventory for distribution
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha/Certified) and minimum 1 year operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable shifts as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
