Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report any safety concerns immediately to management.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers following strict safety protocols and company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required by the inventory team.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CSCS or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
