Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately load/unload trucks and organize inventory in warehouse storage areas
- Maintain detailed logs of operations and conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage and maintain accessibility
- Participate in regular safety training and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and 1+ years of operating experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
