Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Accurately document inventory movements and participate in cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- 1+ years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
