Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete all required training modules and certification courses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for certification)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid OSHA and forklift certification training
- Basic math skills and inventory counting experience preferred
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
