Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clients
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
