Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation processes
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Support inbound/outbound logistics through loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation roles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift certification a plus
