Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for order prioritization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Optimize picking routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity
- Document discrepancies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to San Jose warehouse location
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
