Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing warehouse flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
