Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless transportation coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record in inventory control and WMS operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in warehouse management software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies a plus
