Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan customer orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Process inbound shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
