Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate in fast-paced teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (preferred, training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (for some roles)
