Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in mandatory safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation to/from Earhart Blvd facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
