Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate team of warehouse associates while maintaining performance standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory departments
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven leadership background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication abilities for team coordination and stakeholder reporting
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational needs
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
