Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort inventory using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon's operational policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable shifts
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
