Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment for efficient inventory movement
- Perform accurate order picking and packing for overnight shipping deadlines
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper stacking and safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using provided digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while operating provided machinery
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using provided equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Comfortable operating provided warehouse machinery with training
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
