Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) across storage zones
- Execute FIFO inventory management with barcode scanning systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated areas
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Document inventory movements using WMS software
- Participate in deep-cleaning and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in subzero conditions
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail in high-stakes environments
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts during peak seasons
