Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage units
- Maintain strict temperature logs and sanitation protocols
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards
- Collaborate with team for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
