Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated cold storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of storage equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but willing to train.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and logging.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality.
