Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and distribution center
- Verify product specifications and quantities against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization to maintain safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
