Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with precise labeling and documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing processes
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
