Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for timely processing
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled facility)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
