Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory control through cycle counts and documentation
- Coordinate efficient outbound shipping processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent required
