Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to move materials
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and timelines
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
