Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders with precision using company guidelines and safety protocols
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and box sealers
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and inventory records
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
